Independent Letterbox

Independent Letterbox is a family business specialising in the distribution of flyers & catalogues, into household letterboxes.

We have our client’s interest at heart. We work with the client to select an area, to their requirements, advise them the number to print, to eliminate wastage, we count the material on arrival, to ensure the material is uniformly bundled, and the correct quantities are received, before breaking down the quantities required for each distributor.

Each distributor is given the correct quantity, and allocated a small manageable area, that can be completed within a three day window. Where a client produces multiple versions of his/her flyer, we quarantine them before commencing the packing process, to ensure the correct versions are allocated to each distributor.

We choose only the most reliable distributors, then spot check the deliveries on completion of the distribution. Our emphasis is to give each distributor small manageable quantities, ensuring any concerns are kept to a minimum.

Whilst 100% distribution is desirable, we operate a mass medium, and recognise that 95%+ is a reality.

We are signatories to the DSB code of practice, regarding distribution of all advertising material, and respect the wishes of those residents not wanting to receive leaflets and catalogues in their mail.
