Each run starts on a Tuesday. Book by the deadline; if we are printing your flyers, artwork and payment are due a few days earlier. Many people vote early, so an earlier run reaches them before they do.

How election drops work with us

A whole district or part of one. Send us the district and we quote every suburb in it, or name the suburbs you want to focus on.
Boundaries that cut a suburb. A suburb is listed in the district its centre is in. Where your boundary runs through a suburb, tell us and we will map just your side.
Print and delivery in one booking. We print DL, A5 and A4 flyers and deliver them against the run date you choose, or deliver flyers you already have. On time is our job.
Authorisation. Electoral material in NSW has to carry an authorisation statement. Make sure yours is on the artwork before it goes to print.
No Junk Mail stickers. We skip every letterbox that has one, under the DSB Code of Practice.

Every NSW district: homes and cost

Homes are the letterboxes we deliver to in suburbs whose centre lies inside the district (the boundaries in force for the 2027 election). Costs are distribution only, ex GST, for one flyer up to 40g, with the booking fee and fuel levy included. In the 21 regional districts we deliver to the main towns rather than every village and farm; open a district to see its suburbs.

Questions about election letterbox drops

How much does a letterbox drop across a whole district cost?

Distribution is $98 per 1,000 homes for 10,000 to 49,999 homes, $85 from 50,000 and $75 from 100,000, ex GST, plus a $39 booking fee and a 6.5% fuel levy. The table above shows the total for each district; a 25,000-home district comes to about $2,650 + GST.

When should we book?

The weeks before polling day are the busiest of the campaign. Book your run by its deadline above, and earlier if you want flyers in letterboxes before early voting starts.

Can you print our flyers too?

Yes. We print DL, A5 and A4 flyers and deliver them in the same booking, so getting them to the warehouse on time is our job, not yours. Artwork and payment are due a few days before the booking deadline.

Do our flyers need an authorisation statement?

Yes. Electoral material in NSW has to carry one. Check the NSW Electoral Commission's rules for the exact wording and put it on your artwork before it goes to print.
